Prediabetes & Diabetes
with PCOS

A mini course on preventing diabetes and prediabetes when you have PCOS from Martha MckIttrick

This mini-course is available for purchase anytime.

This course is designed to help prevent prediabetes and diabetes if you have PCOS. It may even help reverse prediabetes and in some cases, put diabetes into remission. And best of all, you don’t need to be on a restrictive diet!

IF YOU…

  • Have prediabetes and are panicking on what to do next
  • Feel overwhelmed with conflicting advice on the best diet for prediabetes and diabetes
  • Want to stop your prediabetes from progressing to diabetes
  • Have normal blood sugar but want to learn every “trick” to help prevent it from creeping up
  • Have type 2 diabetes and want to learn how to improve your blood sugar and maybe even “reverse” it
  • Are tired of being told to restrict carbs and want science-based information

Then this mini course is for you!

First, The Scary Stats.

50% of people with PCOS will get prediabetes or diabetes by their early 40’s. This is because PCOS is a metabolic condition that often involves insulin resistance. And insulin resistance often progresses to prediabetes.
But it doesn’t have to happen!

Now The Good News.

Most people can prevent prediabetes and diabetes with nutrition and lifestyle. It’s also possible to reverse prediabetes if you have it. And for some people, diabetes can even be put into remission!

“Having an increased risk for a health condition like diabetes doesn’t mean it’s your destiny! I’ve been able to help hundreds of people with PCOS lower their blood sugar”

Hi, I’m Martha McKittrick. I’m a registered dietitian who has been specializing in PCOS for over 15 years.

I’m extremely passionate about empowering patients with PCOS with science-based education and practical information to manage their PCOS naturally and decrease health risks. As a certified diabetes care and education specialist, I’ve helped hundreds of PCOS patients reverse prediabetes and stop the progression to diabetes. And some people have even been able to put diabetes into remission. And here’s the best part – you don’t have to cut out carbs!

I’ve found what helps my private clients lower their blood sugar and I want to share it with you!

What People are Saying About Working With Martha

Since taking Martha’s course, I was able to get my HbA1c from 6.3 to 5.9 and lost 10 pounds.

I was diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago. I wish I knew then what I learned by working with Martha. I wouldn’t have spent all those years on fad diets. While I still have diabetes, my blood sugar is in much better control and I was even able to get off one medication!

Taking Martha’s course showed me I had been doing it all wrong. Restricting foods wasn’t helping my blood sugar. Not only is my blood sugar lower, I don’t have the insatiable hunger and carb cravings.

Thank you Martha for helping me get my HbA1c down. I was so scared about getting diabetes. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders

I’m so thankful for taking Martha’s course – and so was my GP. I’m no longer in the prediabetes range.

Get a handle on carbs once and for all

Carbs are a CONFUSING topic in the PCOS world.

As you know, carbs raise blood sugar, which raises insulin. And since 50-95% of people with PCOS have some degree of insulin resistance, high levels of blood sugar and insulin is the last thing you want.

So … does this mean you should strictly avoid carbs? NOPE
Some carbs can actually help!

But there are some things you should know. The type of carb you eat (and yes, you can eat “white” carbs sometimes!), the portion size, what you add to the carb and when you the carb at the meal ALL MATTER.

I have lots of info for you on PCOS and insulin resistance, carbs, prediabetes and more. You can prevent getting diabetes in most cases, and you don't have to be strict low-carb to do it.

Feel confident and informed
Feel less stressed in knowing what to eat
