My approach combines advanced nutrition science with a compassionate, personalized plan tailored to your lifestyle, labs, and goals. I look beyond the numbers to understand the bigger picture, including how inflammation, insulin resistance, stress, sleep, and daily habits influence your heart health.
There’s so much more to heart health than cutting out salt or fat. I help you focus on what to add in, including nutrient-rich foods that support blood flow, reduce inflammation, and strengthen your cardiovascular system.
My goal is to help you make small, sustainable changes that add up to lasting results. I don’t believe in restriction. I believe in education, balance, and empowerment. Based in NYC, and through virtual appointments, available wherever you are.

Implement with Ongoing Support
We’ll meet regularly to track your progress, adjust your plan, and celebrate your wins. You’ll have direct access between sessions for support and questions. With virtual appointments available, expert guidance is always within reach.
