My journey into the world of PCOS began more than two decades ago, sparked by a woman who was struggling to lose weight despite doing everything right. Her story led me to uncover the critical link between PCOS and insulin resistance, and I have been passionate about helping women with this condition ever since. I quickly recognized that PCOS is not just a fertility issue; it affects women at every age and stage of life. My practice is committed to providing compassionate, science-driven support for all PCOS-related health goals, from managing acne and irregular cycles to reducing long-term risks like diabetes and heart disease.
As a nationally recognized PCOS expert, I have contributed to medical textbooks, served on the Health Advisory Board for PCOS Challenge, and lectured to healthcare professionals to advance the quality of care. Through my virtual practice, I blend years of experience with the latest research on insulin resistance, inflammation, and gut health to create a plan that works for your real life.
