What sets me apart is my detective-style approach. I don’t just give you a plan and send you off. I help you understand your body so you can make empowered choices for life. Though I am New York City–based, I offer virtual appointments, giving you the most flexibility and convenience.

I meet you exactly where you are, considering past diets and approaches without shame or blame. Together, we identify eating triggers and lifestyle factors, like late-night snacking, limited protein, or lack of strength training, that may be holding you back.

Next, we design a plan that supports long-term metabolic health and insulin sensitivity. You’ll receive practical guidance on food choices, portion sizes, and balanced meals that fit your routines, preferences, and even your favorite takeout. Whether you prefer clear structure or flexible guidelines, we’ll create a plan that feels natural and sustainable. It’s not only about success on the scale; it’s also about your body composition.
STEP THREE
Implement with Ongoing Support
We’ll meet regularly to track your progress, set new goals, and make adjustments that keep you moving forward. You’ll have direct access to me between sessions for questions, feedback, and encouragement. Think of me as your accountability partner. Someone who helps you stay consistent, supported, and focused on your goals. With virtual appointments, you can work with me from wherever you are.
